What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners in the critical infrastructure sector
- Develop strategic and emerging ecosystem partnerships to enhance collaboration
- Conduct high-level discussions with senior executives from potential partners and customers
- Create partner profiles detailing partner needs, issues, and biases
- Conduct on-site training and product overviews while representing the employer at industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle, complex partner and channel sales
- At least 2 years of experience representing technical hardware solutions
- Strong understanding of the critical infrastructure ecosystem and a good network within it
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills with strong follow-up capabilities
- Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Science discipline; MBA is a plus
- Experience with perimeter security solutions and critical infrastructure customers
- Expertise in RF and radar technology
- Familiarity with Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) solutions and hardware
