      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional "White Glove" customer service during the onboarding experience
      - Manage the implementation and onboarding of new and renewing partners
      - Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions to ensure customer readiness
      - Track implementation tasks and coordinate with internal teams to meet goals on schedule
      - Identify churn risks and develop proactive plans to enhance customer retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or related fields
      - 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, or Account Management
      - Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Teaching Strategies products and services
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM solution
      - Superior organizational capabilities and time management skills
      - Effective presentation skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
      - Examples of success in previous customer-facing roles
