      - Respond to a high volume of appointment requests via telephone calls, emails, and electronic messages
      - Schedule appropriate medical exams, procedures, and tests
      - Collect demographic information and perform insurance registration as needed
      - Ensure accurate data entry for all appointment requests
      - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain phone etiquette

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
      - Entry-level computer skills in specific programs as deemed by the department
      - Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
      - Accurate data entry skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting or medical office
      - Familiarity with medical terminology
      - Proficiency in using scheduling software or electronic health records
