      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional support to customers from a 24x7 call center
      - Accurately process and record call transactions using designated tracking software
      - Review customer information to evaluate and analyze issues effectively
      - Deliver service and support to end-users, including via remote connection
      - Ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and courteous service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in the Information Technology and/or Call Center field
      - 2-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong phone etiquette and effective listening skills
      - Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with proficiency in typing and grammar
      - Experience supporting software applications and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of customer service principles and ITIL training
      - Familiarity with medical/clinical terminology
      - Strong personal drive for delivering excellent customer service
      - Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
      - Experience with mobile device support (iPhone and Android)
