      As Payroll Expert you will be responsible for the payroll activities for Belgium and Luxembourg, while always looking for ways to improve the processes and ensure a close collaboration with all departments & stakeholders.

      At first, the focus of the role is to ensure a correct en timely payroll for both our blue and white collar employees and analyzing the processes in place to define concrete actions to optimize, digitalize and improve our payroll activities. In time, you will manage 1 payroll officer.

      Besides the payroll-scope you will have the opportunity, if interested, to be involved in different compensation & benefits projects, depending on your own input & interest.

      In this position, you will:

      • Be responsible for correct and timely payment of salaries and premiums in cooperation with the external payroll providers
      • Maintain a good working relation with our Shared Service Center in Bratislava - who support us with the day-to-day administration
      • Give payroll advice to HR managers and clarify any compensation and benefit-related questions that employees have
      • Perform recurrent internal payroll audits & produce recurring payroll related reports
      • Continuously challenge the ‘as is’ situation and define clear actions to reach the optimal way of working, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders
      • Have the opportunity to participate in several compensation and benefits projects

      Who we’re looking for:

      • You have a proven experience in the various features of the Belgian payroll for both blue and white collar
      • You have a proven experience in the optimization & digitalization of payroll processes
      • You are strong in building internal networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so
      • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
      • Knowledge of Evolution/DOTS (Attentia) and experience with Luxembourgian payroll is a plus
      • In this position, you will be based in our office in Brussels and regularly visit our regional branches.
