What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including entries, reviewing, auditing, and generating multiple post-payroll reports for US and UK
- Handle payroll reconciliation against funding and process employee status changes
- Manage payroll general ledger (G/L) reconciliation and process garnishments
- Provide reports to each division head and assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain continuous communication with employees regarding time off requests and timecard issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA in Accounting or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of payroll and general ledger accounting experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and employee labor laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in ADP software
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
