      Description

      • Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, document and resolve all customer desktop hardware and software technical issues.
      • Completes test activities with robust documentation through standardized validation plans and verification results.
      • Ensure all products and software comply with government standards through formal verification methods.
      • Recommend hardware and software improvements to lower RMA rates.
      • Knowledge of coding and/or scripting to all software are up to date.
      • To create and provide training materials/procedures for RMA repairs.
      • Other duties as assigned
