- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field/technology Elite unit alumni with relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance architecture and testing.
- Strong background in coding, scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in building complex environments with different operating systems, serverless applications, and container-based platforms.
- Experience working with various performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance testing strategies and solutions for complex and enterprise-grade products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, good writing skills
- Experience in working with Directories, Domain controllers.
- Solid understanding of security and networking implementation and best practices.
- Experience working with cloud vendors like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with various cloud services such as EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
- Experience in virtualized environments (VMware, ESX)
- Experience in working with databases, being able to create queries to analyze system performance

What will you do:
As a Performance Architect, your role will involve designing and implementing performance-testing strategies and solutions for various applications
and systems.You will be responsible for building complex environments with different operating systems, serverless applications, and container-based platforms
both on-premise and cloud-based.Your coding, scripting, and troubleshooting expertise will be utilized to analyze and resolve performance issues with existing systems.
You will work closely with different teams from R&D to ensure performance requirements are met and develop and maintain performance monitoring tools and metrics.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be utilized to research and evaluate new performance tools and technologies to improve existing systems. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining performance reports and dashboards.
