Job Description
- Req#: 44968
- Respective Europe region Finance Supervisor will provide the latest Price list for the models to be launched / price changes for the existing models which required to be updated in the Ford’s system by Pricing analyst.
- To analyse and develop rules to be set in the European vehicle accounting system for the cars manufactured in Europe to generate Intercompany and dealer invoice.
- To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices which impacts revenue generation.
- To perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output.
- To trouble shoot issues about logics / rules, prices by working with upstream team.
- Resolving invoice queries / issues with internal audit team as well as claims received from dealers via Marketing team.
- To have regular discussion with European markets to ensure inputs are received on time, to generate invoice on time, to resolve pricing queries and invoicing issues.
- Daily vehicle inventory details need to be reviewed and discussed with Supervisor to ensure vehicles are invoiced.
- Should have futuristic mindset and analytical skill to work on vehicle invoicing process with 100% quality and timely deliverables.
- Ford of Europe – Passenger Cars & Commercial Vehicles
- Clear understanding of the request / inputs received from market.
- Updating the inputs in the system as per the target date provided by market.
- Analysing and development of rules to be set in the system.
- Troubles shooting in case of issues identified in internal/external audit, claims from dealers etc.,
- Price list in Local language
- Market contacts of the respective markets
- System IT team
- Internal Audit Team
To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices for vehicles sold & sourced in Europe
Qualifications
Education Qualification : Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Number of Years of Experience : UG / PG with 2 years or above experience
Previous Experience in Vehicle Related Activities (Preferable)
Responsibilities
Price File Maintenance - Europe team feeds the information about prices and develop rules/codification in the European vehicle accounting system for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
