What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct utilization management reviews including prior authorizations and coverage exceptions
- Meet monthly quality and productivity goals as part of a team of pharmacy professionals
- Make independent clinical decisions regarding patient care
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Utilize technology and computer systems for efficient workflow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
- Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in using Word and Excel, and ability to type 35+ WPM
