- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program with either an Associate's degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
- Current and unencumbered certification or license to practice physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification. Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
- Access to reliable transportation.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is responsible for providing quality rehabilitative services under the direction and supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist. The PTA will be working with patients that have musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary deficiencies. PTA will promote excellent customer service while adhering to state and federal standards.
