Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
MMR Titers within 5 years
Malpractice Insurance

Worker's Comp certification
Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring a Physical Therapist Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing oversight, supervision, and field support to Physical Therapists across the assigned regions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and quality within the home and community therapy setting. This position requires regular field travel within a 50mi radius (or 60 minute commute) from assigned cases. All mileage for in-between visits, tolls, etc. will be reimbursed.
