- Support client relationship owners in delivering high-quality service.
- Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up actions.
- Monitor SLAs and escalate issues appropriately.
- Assist in identifying potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
- Assist in developing functional specifications and data mapping.
- Demonstrate system functionality to internal teams.
- Support release planning and coordination.
- Execute test plans for monthly releases and client enhancements.
- Validate system changes and document defects.
- Perform initial root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams.
- Support QA/BA team members through shared testing responsibilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in: Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plans, such as Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs), fixed and variable deferral plans, Split-dollar life insurance arrangements,
- Demonstrated experience administering 409A-compliant deferral elections, distribution events, and payment triggers.
- Ability to interpret and operationalize plan documents for SERPs, DCPs, and split-dollar arrangements.
- Hands-on experience calculating benefit amounts, vesting schedules, lability accruals, FICA, Imputed Income, and distribution amounts for nonqualified plans.
- Working knowledge of variable deferred compensation funding mechanics, investment allocation processes, and reallocation of assets vs. plan liabilities.
- Experience reviewing and validating plan reports, liability projections, and distribution projections.
- Familiarity with COLI/BOLI product structures, policy performance, and how they integrate with NQDC funding strategies.
- Perform various system calculations including, but not limited to liability accruals, FICA, and imputed income for a variety of benefit plan types.
- Assist with test environment setup and calculation validation.
- Develop cross-functional foundational knowledge of COLI/BOLI and policy admin systems.
- Participate in internal and external project workstreams.
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and risk tracking.
- Support demos, training sessions, and client onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Operations, Finance).
- Participate in on-call rotations and release activities as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Chief Client Officer and Chief Revenue Operations Officer to develop and implement strategic plans for service delivery and client growth.
- Support and act as Project Owner client initiatives, providing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution, if needed.
- Present monthly/quarterly updates on account performance, client health, and growth initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of policy administration systems, reporting tools, and illustration concepts.
- Proven ability to administer complex executive benefit plans with multiple plan types, funding vehicles, and distribution rules.
- General understanding of taxation rules related to FICA, imputed income, and deferred compensation timing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather and document requirements.
- Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in business process, client account, or operational management, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in non qualified deferred compensation including: SERPS, DCPs, and Split Dollar
- Six Sigma certification a plus.
- LOMA ALMI/FLMI or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Position Summary
The Plan Administration Solutions Analyst supports client and plan administration activities across plan administration, business analysis, quality assurance, and client service, with industry expertise in nonqualified plan types (e.g., SERPs, deferred compensation plans (DCPs), split-dollar, and collateral assignment arrangements). This role contributes to operational excellence, system accuracy, and high-quality service delivery while developing toward full cross-functional proficiency.
