      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support client relationship owners in delivering high-quality service and monitor SLAs
      - Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
      - Execute test plans for monthly releases and validate system changes
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in project planning
      - Assist in client onboarding activities and present updates on account performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business process, client account, or operational management
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Working knowledge of policy administration systems and testing methodologies
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six Sigma certification is a plus
      - LOMA ALMI/FLMI or equivalent industry experience preferred
      - Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies
