Job Description

- Supporting the effective and timely delivery of FC PO projects within the workstreams, including through challenge; suggested provision/reallocation of resource; stakeholder management; inter-dependency analysis; problem solving and solution finding
- Contributing with findings and recommendations on innovative and often radical changes that have an impact on profitability and achievement of strategic objectives
- Aiding the Workstream PMO function as required, including all Governance and Reporting responsibilities
- Helping to build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships, stakeholder relationships up to departmental head level, to enhance 2-way communication and support the development of projects
- Supporting a range of central PMO activities including governance and reporting, planning, RAID management and finances
- Support in coordinating with Workstream leads to manage and maintain programme, workstream and project plans and charters
- Financial Services / Banking knowledge
- Previous experience in planning and reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to assimilate and analyse complex information
- Good organisational skills
- Previous experience in a PMO role

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Santander central PMO team as a PMO Analyst (S2).
You will be responsible for supporting the management and co-ordination of prioritised PMO activities within the Financial Crime Portfolio Office (FC PO) ensuring that the programme goals and benefits are delivered. As a PMO Analyst, you will support and contribute to one of the programmes within the central PMO team carrying out responsibilities as required, including workstream Governance and Reporting requirements.
You will also get the opportunity to deputise for and support S3 colleagues within central PMO as required, managing relationships with stakeholders across Financial Crime.
