      Location: Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, MD

      • Full Time/Day Shift: (36 hours) 8am-3:30pm

      Position Summary:

      • Assists department manager to coordinate the operational and technical activities of the point of care testing, resolving problems, and ensures compliance with government and private regulatory and accreditation agencies.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      Education:

      • A baccalaureate degree (B.S.) in Medical Technology or related science is required

      Work Experience:

      • One to three years of clinical laboratory experience
      • Experience in Core Lab preferred

      Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:

      • Licensure/Certification/Registration: MT (ASCP) or equivalent is required

      Salary Range: Minimum 35.00/hour - Maximum 57.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
