What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project-specific technical support on pollinator and beneficial insect conservation techniques and planning
- Coordinate and conduct workshops, field days, and other trainings on pollinator conservation
- Develop relationships and foster partnerships with farmer organizations and networks
- Develop pollinator and beneficial insect guidance documents for NRCS and local partners
- Learn and support NRCS conservation programs and practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Valid driver's license in the United States
- Current authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel out-of-town for multiple days
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in conservation planning, agriculture, wildlife conservation, or related field
- Experience working in an USDA NRCS field office
- Experience in urban or small-scale farming or managing community gardens
- Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management practices
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish preferred)
