• Work with children.
• Work directly with in accordance with the teacher’s lesson plan.
• Read with enthusiasm to non-readers and beginning level readers to encourage further reading.
• Listen to beginning level readers to assist with pronunciation when needed.
• Advise beginning level readers on methods to improve reading and comprehension.
• Assist beginning level writers to outline ideas on composing.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.About the company
