      We’re looking for a Portfolio Management Oversight Officer to:

      • Be part of initial due diligence and on-going monitoring on delegated Portfolio Managers.
      • Be in charge of EMIR Oversight for funds under management.
      • Liaise with Delegates and internal stakeholders to follow-up on status and performance of delegated activities and perform ongoing monitoring on the delegated functions.
      • Draft concise and high-quality due diligence assessment summarizing the related findings on the Delegated portfolio managers.
      • Producing senior management reports and fund boards packs.

      Your team

      You’ll be working within the portfolio management oversight functions of UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. in Luxembourg. Our teams are responsible for overseeing the portfolio management activities of our delegates across all of our investment fund range domiciled in Luxembourg and Ireland.

      Your expertise

      • master’s degree in finance or in business law
      • ideally 3-5 years of experience working in an investment fund industry (fund compliance environment/management company/legal or advisory firm) and have well established knowledge of oversight obligations
      • collaborative personality and strong communicator, with an organizational mind-set
      • proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
      • excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      • fluent in English. French and German would be an advantage
