- Thorough knowledge of custodial procedures.
- Ability to perform work in accordance with job description.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties that may include, but are not limited to, lifting, moving heavy objects, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in essential functions of the position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful BCI/FBI checks.
- Perform general custodial duties related to the general appearance, cleanliness, repair, and operations of the buildings and grounds.
- Perform such maintenance duties as shall be assigned, which are necessary to the safety, health, and general welfare of the students and employees of the school district.
- Electrical/plumbing/carpentry skills preferred.
- Must have basic computer skills (ex. Email, Word processing, work orders, etc.).
- Please see attached document.
- Eight (8) hours per day, Five (5) days per week.
- High School Building Afternoon/Midnight (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 3:00 – 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM), as needed in and around district buildings.
- Per current negotiated salary schedule.
- Maintenance Coordinator, Building Principals, and Superintendent
