In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care across a wide range of conditions, managing both urgent and routine presentations. Using your advanced clinical skills and independent prescribing qualifications, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, including the safe prescribing of medications. You will conduct home visits for patients unable to attend the surgery and work closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider primary care team to ensure coordinated and effective care. The role also involves offering patient education, and maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NHS and professional standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking paramedic to make a real impact in a modern, dynamic practice.
