What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Co-create the overarching enablement framework for the employer ecosystem, aligning Global Customer Operations Enablement with Global Partner Organization priorities
- Design and deploy specialized strategies for VARs, Referral Partners, and System Integrators
- Modernize the learning experience by embedding AI-driven insights and personalized learning paths
- Lead the Go-To-Market Readiness for New Product Introductions and critical releases
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to measure ROI and inform partner strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in Sales/Partner Enablement in a global SaaS company with direct sales enablement delivery responsibilities
- Proven track record in Enterprise Software (SaaS) sales and partner enablement
- Strong ability to navigate a matrixed organization and build consensus across cross-functional teams
- Understanding of adult learning principles and leveraging modern technology for effective learning
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to facilitate high-stakes sessions with executive audiences
