      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with customers to provide guidance and support for ServiceNow integrations
      - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
      - Develop and execute integration development plans and strategies
      - Resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions
      - Analyze and improve existing configurations to enhance customer outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 8 years of configuration/development experience in complex integration technologies
      - Proven ability to consult and influence in varied customer environments
      - Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
      - Extensive experience with integration technologies, including REST/SOAP, middleware, and SaaS technologies
      - Strong Javascript skills and experience with data management and database design concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ServiceNow’s AI capabilities, including Predictive/Task Intelligence and Virtual Agent
      - Familiarity with chat configuration and design for agent and virtual agents
      - Experience with Self Hosted implementations and Domain Separation
      - Understanding of encryption principles and technical components like LDAP and SSO
      - Proven team-building and mentoring skills
