Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting a Process Operator for our Night Shift Team. This role requires you to have some prior experience working in environments that are exposed to high temperatures and loud noises. You will be responsible for operating industrial cooking equipment and production machinery, therefore prior knowledge or exposure of this is a must. You will also be expected to record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems. Details Tingalpa Location Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am Position: Permanent Full Time Selection Process: Formal Interview - Online Assessment - Site Tour - Background and Pre Employment Medical Checks – Decision Why Join Us Opportunity to join a Global FMCG Company Competitive hourly rate on offer ($45.17 once fully trained) Personal and professional growth opportunities Free take-home product each week Health and wellness programs Onsite car park, staff canteen, physiotherapists, personal training, 24-hour gym, and PPE provided Job Requirements Ensure flavour testing is completed effectively, and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product runs Complete quality checks as required, with management of materials and waste Advanced centre-lining, process equipment operation, calibration, monitoring and cleaning Monitor quality performance optimization Prepare and complete accurate records, ensuring products remain within specifications About You Prior experience in a processing/food manufacturing/industrial kitchen/cooking environment An understanding of HACCP and GMP with a record of reliability and safe work practices A high mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability Ability to work autonomously, whilst working towards achieving team goals A flexible approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time and to ensure quality in every bag A motivated individual with a hunger to learn new skills, challenge yourself and progress your career If the above description sounds like you, please submit your CV online.
