      IRC223101 – PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST At Eni, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist within Versalis Singapore PTE in Singapore. You will be responsible for processing purchase requisitions as assigned, establishing calls for tenders, establishing purchase orders and/or contracts, obtaining quality, price and delivery commitments from suppliers. As a member of the procurement team at Versalis Singapore PTE. you will be responsible for: · Transmitting to the Supplier Qualification function the information necessary to update the qualification of its suppliers. · Transmitting on regular basis to the Corporate Procurement function the relevant contracts and order list/database, against the corporate data reporting regulations/provisions. · Upon receipt of the needs expressed (Purchase Request), verify that the file constituted (technical content, technical annexes) can be transmitted for examination (call for tender) to suppliers. Complete or have completed as necessary the files to launch the calls for tender. · Upon receipt of the tender responses, review them, synthesize the information, and if necessary, have the suppliers complete the missing information. Transmit the technical answers to the applicants if necessary. · In collaboration with the applicants, participate in the complementary studies and elaborate, if necessary, the documents for the additional information. · After receiving the agreement of the applicant, write the order and send it to the selected supplier. Follow up on the proper execution of the terms of the order, make the necessary follow-ups. · Verifying that the files processed contain all relevant information. · Ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations, the Code of Conduct, ENI Model 231 procedure in purchasing documents and the ENI Code of Ethics as soon as it is applied · As purchasing professional, he/she is aware of the imperatives of impartiality and confidentiality that accompany the performance of his/her duties. · Ensuring that suppliers consider our needs and specifications. · Participating in supplier evaluation processes, auditing them if necessary. · Participate in the processing of incident and anomaly reports, and in the processing of disputes with suppliers. · Applying and ensuring the application of health, safety, and environmental rules in purchasing documents. · Ensuring that the wording of orders issued is clearly legible. · Reporting regularly to his/her superior on his/her activities (activity report). · Managing the documentation required in the field, participating in the drafting of procedures and instructions. · Prospecting and evaluating suppliers and subcontractors (market research) to obtain optimal profitability (costs, deadlines, quantity, quality) · Writing orders/contracts for the Services domain and ensure a follow up of the good execution of the terms of the order and/or contracts, make the necessary reminders. · Following up the execution of the contracts within the framework of the competences and tasks assigned to him/her in accordance with the Corporate Regulatory System; This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: · Min. Bachelor’s degree (CIPS Level 4 Diploma or higher will constitute a strong plus) · Experience in Purchasing and Procurement · Knowledge of purchasing techniques, standards, and regulations applicable to the field. · Knowledge of purchasing processes. · Negotiation and argumentation skills. · Knowledge of Quality and Safety Management Systems. · Independent, proactive and ability to work with little to no supervision. · Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, especially working with international suppliers · Fluency in English · The knowledge of Mandarin, Malay, Hindi, Korean and any other Asia Pacific language will constitute a strong plus Location: Singapore, Asia Contract type: Permanent At Eni we believe in enterprising people, capable of making a difference and making their contribution with passion and innovation, to respond to the global challenges of the energy transition.
