THE POSITION
We are looking for a Product Manager AH (Companion Animal) - Rx portfolio (for a fixed period: 1,5 year) in Hungary who is responsible for:
Market analyses, development and implementation of product strategies, day to day tactical management of CA brands in local market.
Main purpose is to plan, develop and implement strategic brand plans and programs for the local market to ensure BI meets its strategic business goals and financial objectives.Reporting pharmacovigilance information to pharmacovigilance responsible person according to the valid reporting timelines and keeping in touch with the reporter and provide him/her with final assessment or technical advice after closing the PV case.
EXPECTATIONS:
• University/College degree (preferably with specialization in economics/marketing)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Product Management
• FMCG Marketing background is an advantage
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to manage and implement marketing activities through market analyses, research, strategic planning and implementation
• Ability to set the long-term vision and strategy for the company
• Ability to communicate the strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders
• To be able to set up, lead and execute a roadmap process
• Ability to manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.
• Ability to drive and deliver the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or (key) customers
• Ability to communicate well with others.
• Organizational, research, and time-management/prioritization skills
• Proficiency in the use of computers and common industry software programs
• To be able to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have good judgment
• Excellent team player
• English and Hungarian is a must (both in oral & written)
