What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own product execution for a defined area, articulating direction and influencing partners for successful delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand customer segments and validate solutions
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact and business goals
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Define and track success metrics, using data to inform product decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a transferable role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of driving growth for B2B products
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into product features
- Experience in owning and managing a product roadmap for 2+ years
