What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the Earn product line end-to-end, focusing on stablecoin yield and structured products
- Drive growth through data by tracking core metrics and implementing actionable product improvements
- Research and develop new yield strategies and earn products from inception to launch
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Business Development, Risk, and Legal, to enhance product adoption
- Ensure successful execution of complex projects through excellent project management skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or growth within the Crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors
- Deep understanding of crypto trading, arbitrage, and yield strategies
- Proven ability to take full end-to-end ownership of an Earn product
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Fluency in Mandarin with working-level English proficiency for effective communication
