      Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

      As a Product Owner Intern within our Talent Team, you’ll be part of a dynamic group responsible for enhancing data-driven decision-making processes. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and ensuring that our configurations and integrations align with organizational goals. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to critical talent functions across the enterprise.

      Responsibilities:

      Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

      • Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand business and functionality needs.
      • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product features.

      Product Vision and Roadmap:

      • Assist in defining the overall vision for our Talent technology suite.
      • Contribute to creating a roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives.

      Backlog Management:

      • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
      • Balance requests related to reporting, technology enhancements, and integrations.

      API Management:

      • Support API-related initiatives, including integration with external systems.
      • Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues.

      Stakeholder Communication:

      • Regularly update stakeholders on product progress.
      • Gather feedback and iterate on features based on user needs.

      Qualifications:

      • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
      • Passion for data-driven decision-making.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

      Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
