      Location: Hybrid - Phoenix, AZ
      The Product Owner plays a critical role in driving successful delivery of technology solutions by bridging business needs and technical capabilities. This individual is responsible for prioritizing and managing the product backlog, communicating progress and blockers, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. The role requires strong technical acumen, deep healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables within an Agile environment.

      What You Will Do
      • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
      • Lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions, developing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteri
      • ct as the liaison between internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and project managers
      • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers
      • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps
      • Collaborate with development teams to ensure readiness for sprint planning and execution
      • Partner with Quality Assurance to define and support test case development, including automated testing
      • Provide ongoing communication regarding deliverable status, risks, and timelines
      • Support decision-making on scope, functionality, and prioritization on a daily basis
      • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption

      • You proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution
      • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
      • You thrive in Agile environments and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within sprint timelines
      • You bring a strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and related technologies
      • You are comfortable working hands-on within systems, including Salesforce Health Cloud, to support product development and optimization
      What You Will Bring
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      • 10+ years of progressive experience as an IT professional
      • 10+ years of experience in program or product management, including large-scale technical initiatives
      • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (required)
      • Strong experience in Agile application development, system integration, and technology delivery
      • Deep knowledge of the healthcare payer industry, including Medicaid and Medicare
      • Experience across healthcare domains such as:
        • Member enrollment
        • Care coordination
        • Claims and utilization management
        • Provider data and credentialing
        • Call centers and member/provider portals
        • Regulatory and reporting requirements
      • Familiarity with healthcare technologies such as HL7, CCDA, FHIR, EDI, HIE, and EMR/EHR systems
      • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
