      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate existing and emerging products against the event technology ecosystem, focusing on portability, deployment speed, and interconnectivity
      - Conduct research and analysis to provide recommendations for scalable, modular system configurations
      - Design and test portable AV systems for live events, ensuring compatibility between all components
      - Manage logistics for research and design projects, including vendor payments and supply purchases
      - Present findings and recommendations to leadership and engage with customers for feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering or design preferred
      - 7+ years of experience in electronics or A/V product management, development, or design
      - Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial analysis
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
      - Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Human Centered Design standards
      - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
      - Knowledge of live event integration requirements
      - Previous experience in a subject matter expert role
      - Ability to work irregular hours and on-call status, including weekends and holidays
