- Du agierst als Trusted Advisor für Interessenten und Kunden und leitest Pre-Sales-Gespräche, Präsentationen und die Lösungsfindung rund um die spezifischen Möglichkeiten der nCino-Plattform
- Du führst tiefgehende Discovery-Sessions mit Interessenten durch, identifizierst Lösungen für zentrale Geschäftsherausforderungen und kommunizierst den strategischen Mehrwert der nCino-Plattform überzeugend
- Du leitest detaillierte Produktpräsentationen und -demonstrationen, gehst souverän auf Fragen zu Funktionalitäten ein und machst den Mehrwert von nCino erlebbar
- Du bringst Fachkompetenz in den Bereichen Kredit, Kreditvergabe und Finanzdienstleistungen in jede Kundeninteraktion ein
- Du konfigurierst die nCino-Lösung auf Basis von Interessenten-spezifischen User Stories und technischen Anforderungen und schneidest Demos gezielt auf den jeweiligen Mehrwert zu
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Pre-Sales, Vertrieb, Produkt, Partnern und Customer Success zusammen, um ein nahtloses Erlebnis für Interessenten zu schaffen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Tätigkeit im Fintech-Pre-Sales oder in der Beratung
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu Interessenten und Kunden aufzubauen und komplexe Stakeholder-Strukturen sicher zu navigieren
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten — du überzeugst in großen Gruppen und vor erfahrenen Führungskräften
- Die Fähigkeit, schnell auf komplexe Situationen zu reagieren, dich anzupassen und in einem kundenorientierten Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der EMEA-Region (bis zu 60 %)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Loan Origination-Plattformen oder -Prozessen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Kreditrisikomanagement oder regulatorische Anforderungen im Bankensektor
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung oder Konfiguration von Salesforce
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by leading Pre-Sales conversations, presentations, and solutioning around nCino’s specific capabilities
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to identify solutions for key business challenges and articulate the strategic value of the nCino platform
- Lead detailed product demonstrations and presentations, handling questions on functional capabilities and showcasing the value of nCino’s solutions
- Bring subject matter expertise in credit, lending, and the broader banking and financial services sector to every client engagement
- Work 'hands-on' with the nCino solution to reflect prospect-specific user stories and technical requirements, tailoring demos to highlight differentiated value
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless prospect experience
- Solid experience in banking or financial services, ideally combined with a background in a Fintech Pre-Sales or consulting role
- A proven ability to build strong rapport with prospects and clients, navigating complex cross-functional stakeholder environments with confidence
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you engage and persuade in front of large groups and senior audiences
- The ability to respond quickly to complex scenarios, adapt to evolving situations, and thrive in a client-facing environment
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required (up to 60%)
- Hands-on experience with Loan Origination platforms or workflows
- Knowledge of credit risk management or regulatory requirements in the banking sector
