      The primary responsibility of the person holding this position is to assist in the Zonar hardware production and delivery requirements necessary to fulfill customer demand.

      WHAT WILL YOU DO

      • Fulfill customer all RFID and GPS related sales and RMA orders, allocating product to correct customer accounts.
      • Ensure order accuracy and completeness.
      • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as assigned
      • Assist in receipt inspection procedures and requirements.
      • Provide suggestions for increasing efficiency of order process, production procedures
      • Assist in inventory counts if required
      • Maintain proficiency in all RFID and GPS products
      • Offer product enhancement ideas and report deficiencies thru established support channels
      • ?

      WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

      • Keep work area clean and organized.
      • Follow all company policies and procedures
      • Uphold Zonar Systems Quality Policy and Objectives
      • Perform day end clean up duties as required
      • Perform all other duties as required
      • Good written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to set goals, and achieve scheduled deadlines
      • Good computer skills.??Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and Zonar products.??
      • Knowledge of Operating Systems and file systems.
      • Ability to troubleshoot Zonar Systems problems.
      • High level of attention to detail
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Production and customer service preferred
