  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist in scheduling and coordination of staffing and resources for events
  - Support Producers and Production Managers with event logistics and communication
  - Create and maintain electronic show folders and track project milestones
  - Coordinate travel arrangements for show crews and provide on-site support
  - Finalize timesheets, assist with post-show reports, and manage job-related expenses
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  - Minimum of 2 years of Production or Show Experience
  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  - Proficient computer knowledge and ability to meet deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in administrative and accounting functions
  - Background in show production
  - Undergraduate experience in a relevant field
