- Supervise all Production Supervisors
- Oversee all aspects of production
- Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals
- Train and develop supervisors on effectively leading their teams
- Monitor production performance metrics daily and respond immediately
- Bachelor degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, Production Superintendent, etc.
- Technical or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor supervisory employees and their teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Bachelor degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school
- Minimum experience of 6 years in production environment preferred.
- High proficiency in leading production teams in a high volume manufacturing setting
- Great communicator across all ranks of an organization
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Business Systems and Labor Management Systems
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Systems and Techniques

Responsibilities: The Production Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the production teams by developing and leading the supervisory staff. This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
