  Production Operator

  Your Skills and Expertise
  

  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start.
  • Working any shift available, including, but not limited to fixed night shifts, rotating shifts and Holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime, daily and weekends and short notice shift coverage.

  Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to operate PIV’s

  The starting rate of pay for this position is $24.31, with the potential to reach $25.40. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
