      In this role, you will:

      · Lead daily shop activities including prioritization from the customer on variants to produce

      · Lead daily scrums within the team, including the identification of issues/barriers

      · Responsible to meet and communicate weekly objectives

      · Ensure actions are identified and taken to monitor and improve both quality and throughput

      · Liaise with varying departments to identify and resolve material requirements in a timely fashion

      · Assist with departmental training and new hire onboarding

      · Foster opportunities for employee development and flexing/cross training

      · Foster and build a team environment

      · Build and maintain relationships with outsourcing partners

      · Identification and execution of continuous improvement activities

      · A leader who can work independently with minimal supervision and maintain focus on work quality

      What You Bring:

      · A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience of production or manufacturing leadership experience

      · Experience with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing activities

      · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is considered an asset

      · Experience working within an ISO or other quality system

      · Experience with Microsoft Office products
