      Professional Services Operations Analyst

      Job Summary
      We are seeking a Professional Services Operations Analyst to support both delivery analytics and day-to-day operational needs within a professional services organization. This role splits time between reporting and analysis, and hands-on operational support such as data maintenance, contributions for new business proposals, and compliance follow-ups. The ideal candidate has foundational experience, strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, and a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility as the business evolves.

      Key Responsibilities

      Reporting & Analytics (approximately 50%)
      • Use Salesforce and other data-driven platforms to build and maintain reports and dashboards
      • Support recurring reporting on project status, delivery metrics, and operational KPIs
      • Analyze delivery performance such as utilization, capacity, and project health
      • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

      Operational Support (approximately 50%)
      • Perform administrative data inputs and updates in Salesforce and related systems
      • Track and follow up on compliance-related tasks (e.g., project setup, time entry, documentation)
      • Support delivery and operations teams with day-to-day coordination and data accuracy
      • Help standardize and improve operational processes and workflows

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      Required Qualifications
      • ~2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a professional services environment
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analysis)
      • Basic understanding of the professional services delivery and project-based business model
      • Experience with Salesforce for reporting, data entry, or operational support (a plus)
      • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate issues
      • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
