      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide program management support for the overall Compliance Program infrastructure
      - Create, manage, and deliver reporting for compliance/privacy education and training offerings
      - Compile data reports to monitor the program's statistical performance and organization’s compliance with key regulatory requirements
      - Coordinate and maintain key software and information systems that support ongoing compliance initiatives
      - Assist in conducting investigations related to identified or reported compliance/privacy matters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of compliance experience or a combination of compliance and related experience
      - Effective communication, organizational, collaboration, and time management skills
      - Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of company employees
      - Excellent computer skills on various systems
      - Ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification of Healthcare Compliance in progress or completed
