Be accountable for large end-to-end cross-functional programs and teams
Act as primary contact to program executives for change initiatives assigned to project managers
Translate strategy into specific actions with clear accountability
Communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain partnership and engagement required to deliver program/ project deliverables
Navigates a highly matrixed organization effectively
Be accountable for effective risk and issue resolution for assigned programs/projects
Removes obstacles and proactively challenges processes in order to ensure work gets done easily and decisions made quickly
Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
Excellent thought leadership skills
Excellent change management skills, including ability to think end-to-end and turn strategies into actionable plans
Communicates with impact - excellent verbal and written, including well-developed presentation skills
Strong business relationship management skills and executive presence
7+ plus years of change management, program/project management, PMO or similar experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Finance or Accounting Preferred)
Regulatory Reporting, Finance Management, Accounting or similar background/experience
Experience in at least 1 BAC product data domain (i.e Traded Products, Consumer, Deposits)
Experience with BAC enterprise change processes and methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
Six Sigma, PMP certified

The Data Transformation team, is part of the Enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, and Operations organization within the Global Strategy and Enterprise Platform division. The team delivers complex data and regulatory reporting projects and technology across the globe solutions for the Bank of America that progress our data strategy across all Lines of Business and Support areas. The Data Transformation team is responsible for driving and overseeing program/project management, business analysis and requirements, functional design, testing, organization readiness and deployment activities.

Responsible for programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget. Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small to mid-size teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Typically 5+ plus years of program management experience.
