What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the lifecycle of assigned NET+ services, from evaluation to potential retirement
- Maintain strong operational oversight and governance structures for program health
- Monitor service adoption trends and community feedback for program growth opportunities
- Facilitate collaboration among institutions and guide the improvement of NET+ services
- Serve as the primary liaison between the employer and commercial service providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, product management, or technology partnership roles
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software environments
- Familiarity with research universities or higher education IT organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms used in higher education
- Experience managing vendor or strategic partner relationships
- Knowledge of identity, security, accessibility, or procurement in enterprise cloud services
- Experience supporting the lifecycle of commercial service agreements, including amendments and renewals
