What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to define program scope and align with strategic goals
- Lead the creation and management of comprehensive program schedules, analyzing critical paths and risks
- Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring cost optimization and adherence
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Plan to minimize impact on scope and quality
- Create and manage a tailored Communications Plan for effective stakeholder engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of medical device experience in the New Product Development lifecycle
- Proven experience in project strategy development and budget management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a history of successful product launches
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional resources for program execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PgMP or equivalent
