What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead change management initiatives to drive enhancements and increase adoption rates
- Indirectly manage an Agile team of developers, breaking down features into manageable increments
- Maintain customer master and product master data across business systems to optimize the customer experience
- Communicate enhanced features effectively to sales teams and customers through various channels
- Collaborate with IT, Voice of Customer, and Product Management to drive project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (Engineering Degree highly preferred)
- Understanding of integrations between business systems such as API
- General knowledge of business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills with the ability to lead through influence
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and cloud-based services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to handle uncertainty and work with incomplete data sets
- Excellent presentation skills to C-Suite leadership and external clients
- Experience utilizing design and ideation thinking methodologies for problem-solving
- Data visualization skills using PowerBI
