- Helping your team set up and prepare a Kickoff for students.
- Teaching and presenting character curriculum to students in schools daily.
- Setting up and hosting our premier fitness fundraiser, the Boosterthon Fun Run, Dance Fit, or Glow Run.
- Motivating students to raise funds for their school.
- Engaging with teachers, parents, and administrators.
- Learning and understanding our business models and principles.
- Being a part of a team who models Fitness, Leadership, and Character to others.
- A Program Specialist position on our team
- Shadow each position within our local market (General Manager, Client Care Consultant, Team Manager, Sales Leader, Etc.)
- Plan & Execute a Capstone Community Service Project by the end of your internship semester
- Observe & Ask questions at 2 Leadership Meetings during the semester
- Plan & Execute at least 1 culture event for the team by the end of your internship semester
- Excellent Communication - You can connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication.
- Positive Attitude - You display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and team.

- You're a licensed driver with reliable transportation
