What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets
- Provide detailed analysis on cost risks, issues, and mitigations to project managers and stakeholders
- Create project accruals and forecast reports, updating them as required
- Support earned value analysis and the development of project execution plans
- Review and approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in cost management for capital projects, including design and construction phases
- Direct experience working in complex, matrixed environments
- Expertise in using Excel for project management tasks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the construction industry; additional experience in life sciences is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and solve complex problems
