- Host physician training visits and present the MDVIP transition process to prospective/new affiliates. Participate in physician kick-off calls with the transition, sales, contact center teams and leadership.
- Manage the physician’s approval for all transition materials, organize mailings, and coordinate the creation of the physician’s personal MDVIP website.
- In collaboration with leaders, conceptualize action plans to support potential issues and assess individual practice needs to create customized transition enhancement programs.
- Organize transition and membership mailings to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Negotiate, review and sign contract for venues, and secures and finalizes BEO for setup, F&B and A/V.
- Superior organizational and planning skills to oversee timelines, materials and project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with physicians and cross functional teams.
- Strong problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a customer service-oriented team environment.
- Ability to identify, handle and resolve problems creatively while being driven by a desire for continuous improvement.
- Associates Degree
- One (1) year of professional experience
- One (1) year of related experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as coordinating projects, events and communications across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with Publisher, MapPoint and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of event coordination and contract negotiation with hotels and convention centers

Position Summary
The Transition Coordinator will support the Implementation team’s transition process for physicians who are transitioning into the MDVIP affiliated-physician network. In this role, you will coordinate timelines, resources, and communication with stakeholders of process changes throughout the transition period. Reporting to the Senior Implementation Manager of Transitions and Successions, you will also serve as the liaison between other corporate departments such as Field Support teams to facilitate a smooth and successful transition for our physicians.
