      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee technical operations contracts, ensuring compliance with scope and deliverables
      - Provide technical leadership and quality assurance oversight for projects
      - Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer priorities
      - Manage financial performance on a per-project basis, including forecasts and profitability
      - Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
      - Minimum 5 years of project management experience with technology projects
      - Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (or higher) from a federal agency
      - Experience creating contract-related documents such as project management plans and monthly reports
      - Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active Public Trust clearance (or higher) from a federal agency
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
      - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
      - Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
      - Proven ability to negotiate timelines and adapt to stakeholders' needs
