      Job Title: Project Manager (Contract)
      Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
      Duration: 6 to 9 Months
      Job Summary:
      We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support cross-functional project execution within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in New Product Development (NPD), experience managing manufacturing-related initiatives, and a proven ability to lead projects through established methodologies such as Stage Gate.
      This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to influence business-critical programs that contribute directly to strategic operational growth.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage and lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple active workstreams.
      • Oversee New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
      • Drive manufacturing-related projects, including cross-border initiatives involving facilities in the U.S., Mexico, and Asia.
      • Apply Stage Gate methodology to monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure compliance with internal development protocols.
      • Partner with internal stakeholders in product management, engineering, operations, and supply chain.
      • Track milestones, resolve project issues, and report on progress, budgets, and outcomes to senior leadership.
      • Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within scope.
      Qualifications:
      • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within NPD or manufacturing-focused organizations.
      • Strong knowledge and practical application of the Stage Gate process.
      • Prior experience in the durable goods industry is highly preferred (e.g., tools, appliances, or consumer hardware).
      • Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and drive execution in hybrid work environments.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • PMP or related certification is a plus but not required.
