      Position Summary

      As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage audit projects from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating teams, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring audits are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with CVS Health standards. You will work independently, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure all work is properly documented and tracked.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Manage assigned audit projects through the full lifecycle (kickoff through completion)
      • Create and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, and tasks
      • Ensure audits are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality
      • Coordinate with business partners, subject matter experts, and support teams
      • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on status, risks, and changes
      • Identify issues and risks early and escalate when needed
      • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources
      • Track project details and updates accurately in Salesforce
      • Ensure all required project documents are completed and stored correctly
      • Provide feedback, conduct audit reviews, and support continuous process improvement
      • Lead by example and help develop team members


      Required Qualifications
      • 5-7 years of experience managing medium to large programs or projects
      • Knowledge of project management and software development methods (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
      • Strong Microsoft O365 skills, including MS Project
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delegating work effectively


      Preferred Qualifications
      • Project Management certification
      • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy environments


      Education
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $60,300.00 - $132,600.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
