      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage curriculum design and development efforts in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements
      - Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of curriculum products, including course materials and instructional aids
      - Apply adult learning methodologies and instructional design theories to enhance learner engagement and comprehension
      - Collaborate with VA stakeholders and subject matter experts to validate instructional content and learning objectives
      - Track project performance and provide regular status updates to Government stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in curriculum development or a closely related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience managing curriculum development projects
      - Proven experience in designing and redesigning education and training content
      - Expertise in adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or other Federal civilian agencies
      - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
      - Experience supporting blended learning or virtual training environments
