What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, direct, and lead the delivery of timber construction projects from award to completion
- Achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and progress billing
- Lead quality assurance and provide onsite construction support
- Present progress reports to management, addressing problems and proposing solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of construction-related project management experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Procore, and MS Project (or similar scheduling software)
- Good command of the English language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, or engineering (structural/civil focus preferred)
- PMP designation or in the process of obtaining it
- Experience managing construction projects with values exceeding $5M
